Controller and contact
Barwich GmbH, Asternweg 12 B, 22869 Schenefeld, Germany. Email: info@medx.eu; phone: +49 172 4312044. Contact us with questions or to exercise your data protection rights.
Shop access, addresses and orders
We process your email address, password hash, account permissions, business and delivery addresses, contact details, shopping lists, cart contents, orders and comments to provide the protected shop and fulfil orders. Necessary processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for your contract or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for contacts acting for a business, with the legitimate interest of handling that business relationship. Statutory accounting duties are based on Article 6(1)(c). Passwords are not stored in plain text. Access is by personal invitation.
Hosting and email
The shop is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement. Hosting processes technical connection information such as IP address, request time and requested resource for delivery and security. We send account and order emails; the email providers involved process the required recipient and message data. Technical security processing is based on our legitimate interest in reliable, protected operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Shipping and accounting
We enter the recipient name, delivery address and necessary shipment information in the DHL portal to arrange delivery. Optional email and telephone forwarding for shipment notifications or delivery coordination requires your separate choice below. These options do not affect whether you can order. Only selected and available contact details may be forwarded. Accounting data is processed by authorised internal staff and, where needed, external bookkeeping and tax advisers for accounting and statutory duties.
Necessary browser storage
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Cart and language settings are stored in your browser to provide the features you request. Account-specific storage keeps different customer accounts separate. Cart data remains until removed or browser data is cleared. Ordinary browser caching may reuse files needed to display requested pages. Necessary storage/access is based on section 25(2) TDDDG; the related personal-data processing uses the purposes and legal bases above.
Optional faster loading
If enabled, small machine images and shared display modules are loaded in the background. A separate image cache holds up to 180 images / 32 MiB. Images are reused for up to seven days; expired copies are removed the next time the shop is opened. This cache contains no prices, addresses, orders or 3D model files. Model geometry is not preloaded by this option. Consent is the basis under section 25(1) TDDDG and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Optional usage and loading statistics
If enabled, we count visits to the home page, 3D shop and table shop, newly created shopping lists and page-load duration ranges. We store daily totals for up to 90 days, without names, email addresses, user IDs, full URLs, cart contents or input text in those totals. Requests still involve the signed-in session and technical connection data. We do not record screens, keystrokes or individual navigation histories. Page-load time does not prove that a 3D model is already interactive. The basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where required, section 25(1) TDDDG.
Your choices and retention
We store your acknowledgement, optional choices, timestamp and notice version in your account, so you do not need to answer at each login. Choices apply to this shared account on its devices. You can withdraw optional choices at any time under “Privacy & settings”; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. A material change requires a new choice. Previous decision records are retained for evidence for up to three years after replacement. Account and order data is retained while required for the account, contract, claims or statutory retention duties; unnecessary data is deleted. Browser copies can also be removed through your browser settings.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (datenschutzzentrum.de). There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects in this shop. Necessary account/order details are needed to provide access and fulfil orders; optional choices are not a condition of shopping.
